The ask:
Coach came to me with a problem: He couldn't find a vintage-style pole vault graphic for the team's tees. Neither could I, so I put pen to paper and sketched a vaulter straight out of the seventies.
I tested fonts and tried a “defying gravity” twist that nailed the retro vibe. While we landed on the first design, detours made the process way more fun.
